Who we are
Brookwater Innovations (Private Limited) is a New Delhi (India) based company. The foundation of the business was laid by Dr. B.R. Behl in 1942. Since our humble roots in pre-independence colonial India, we have slowly and steadily expanded through the restaurant, food service, catering, advertising, leather, imports and exports industries. We now have presence across Asia and parts of Europe, Australia & America.
What we do
We are brand builders. We focus on developing market-leading, pre-eminent brands in our particular industries through synchronized branding practices, pricing strategies, marketing systems and positioning tactics. We pride ourselves in the quality of our deliverables in and out of the hospitality industry. We also offer industry-leading packages for our employees, and long-term global expansion opportunities.
Who we work with
We are always open to joint ventures, partnerships and strategic alliances. Our requirement for our partners is with respect to expertise, experience and fiscal commitment. We also consider co-investment opportunities. At this time, Brookwater, Alchemy, Westernston and all our affiliated brands are uninterested in taking on client work for the purpose of advertising or systems architecture.

THE TEAM
Ashok Kumar
CEO & Chairman of Board of Directors
Mr. Kumar has extensive experience in finance, banking, and legal matters. As the CEO, Mr. Kumar oversees the general direction in which Brookwater Innovations is headed. As the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Kumar provides the vision for the business' strategic direction and leads the vision for its objective alignment to the company's mission.
Sarthak Behl
COO & Director
Mr. Behl is responsible for directing the operations of the company. He heads the logistics, sourcing, production, import and export departments of the company. Additionally, he is responsible for regulatory compliance management and oversees the quality control department of the firm.
Lakshay Behl
Chief Systems Architect
Mr. Behl is responsible for systemizing the operations as well as marketing of Brookwater's internal matters, as well as client affairs. He heads the HR, Finance, Systems and Marketing departments of the company. Additionally, he is responsible for business growth through acquisitions, mergers, takeovers and strategic alliances.
